Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for radiological analyses for commercial power plants and R&D efforts, using the latest codes and methods for nuclear applications. Determining the lifetime impact on components due to calculated fluence values Calculating dose due to theoretical accidents and the impact on surrounding areas Use of optimization tools and automation to streamline the analyses Participate in a support interface with customer and regulatory authorities to obtain regulatory approval of the client's reactor core design, codes and methods Prepare and review safety analyses, calculation files, and associated records.
