Flu Program Nurse - The Cleveland Clinic : Job Details

Performs clinical activities which include administering vaccinations. Coordinates and tracks compliance programs to meet standards of regulatory agencies for the health and safety of employees. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Certifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) required. Complexity of Work: Requires excellent interpersonal, organizational and project management skills. Substantial nursing and medical knowledge across relevant therapeutic areas. Must work effectively with all health care disciplines. Work Experience: Two years of recent clinical experience with IM injections required. Physical Requirements:Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
