We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Vehicle Title Clerk to join our Accounting Office team. This role is responsible for processing titles and related documents for all new, used, fleet, and wholesale vehicles sold or traded within our Automotive Group. Additional responsibilities include general data entry and administrative support. Dealership or titles processing experience is a bonus! Key Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles in accordance with state and federal laws
- Manage documentation for all vehicle sales and trades
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of title paperwork
- Maintain compliance with titling laws and filing requirements
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of automotive title experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
