Floor technician - ServiceMaster Clean : Job Details

Other cleaning projects may be assigned from time to time. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform all floor cleaning and maintenance duties for facilities using ServiceMaster provided tools and procedures. This may include: using backpack vacuums, mopping, shampooing or extracting carpets, stripping and waxing floors, buffing or burnishing, moving furniture, spot cleaning, and other duties to achieve the desired outcomes. The successful technician must have a thorough understanding of stripping and refinishing floors, carpet cleaning, identifying different flooring types, as well as using the correct equipment and procedures for each.
