Position Summary

The Supervisor supports daily operations, oversees guest satisfaction, and manages the FOH team. Responsibilities include leading service, participating in setup and breakdown, maximizing sales, conducting pre-shift training, and other duties as needed. This seasonal role requires flexible availability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in a high-volume service environment or relevant experience
  • Exceptional hospitality and leadership skills
  • Understanding of music, food, and wine industries
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and physical ability
  • Fluency in English, basic math, and POS operation skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Supervise service operations and support staff on the floor
  • Ensure proper setup, organization, and breakdown of the venue
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Handle guest concerns and communicate with management
  • Report maintenance needs and assist with staff training
  • Manage cash procedures and monitor guest satisfaction
  • Participate in hiring, coaching, and meetings
  • Perform other duties as required
