Herc Rentals serves customers through approximately 450+ locations and has about 7,600 employees in North America as of March 31, 2025.Job PurposeAs a Floor Care Solutions Driver Tech, you will play a dual-purpose role that combines technical expertise with logistical support. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and cleaning floor care equipment, as well as delivering and installing this equipment at customer sites. Your efforts will ensure that our Floor Care Representatives can focus on sales and customer engagement, while you ensure the equipment is in optimal condition and readily available.What you will do...* Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and maintenance of floor care equipment, including surface prep tools, cleaning gear, hoses, cables, and other accessories.* Delivery and Installation: Safely deliver, load, and unload equipment to and from customer jobsites. Provide professional installation and removal of equipment.* Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service by providing solutions and support to customers during equipment delivery and installation.* Inspection and Organization: Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for optimal performance.
