Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time Shift Various Shifts ScheduleDescription Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking part-time Floor Care Technicians to serve multiple PreSchool facilities across Northeast Atlanta, GA.The Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment in assigned location(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by assigned location based on client requirements and business needs.Work will be mostly performed during weekend days (either Saturday or Sunday for around 7-8 hours per shift) throughout the year (44 weeks). Opportunities for additional hours may be available at a later time.PAY is $18.00- $20.00 an hour (depending n experience) + Transportation AllowanceJob Responsibilities:Vacuuming, sweeping, moppingOperating heavy floor cleaning equipmentUse proper procedures on hard floor care (stripping & refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing) in compliance with principles of hard surface floor maintenanceUse proper procedures on carpet and upholstering (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc....)Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and according to schedule for cleaning of large area of floor surfaceFollows all CCG safety standards, sanitation, and infection control standards and procedures and requirements by the appropriate accredited local agenciesMoving room furniture around to clear space for cleaning floorsRestore room condition back to the original condition once floor care is completePerform routine operational maintenance of equipmentOther related tasks as requiredRequirements:Must be eligible to legally work in the USAMust have previous proven experience as floor cleaning technicianHave reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver's licenseTeam oriented, also can complete tasks aloneSelf-starter and independentDetail oriented, fast paced, but focusedHave an excellent work ethicHonest and reliableComfortable taking responsibility for mistakesOpen to constructive feedbackExcellent attendanceAbility to walk, stand, reach and bend for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and move items up to 50 poundsGreat Job for those with Previous Work Experience in:Floor Care Cleaning CompaniesHotel cleaning / housekeepingProperty management/ apartment cleaningJanitorial / CustodianFacility/ Maintenance Technician Se Habla Espanol!Corporate Cleaning Group is a fast paced, growing business that is looking for the right person to join our team.
