This position is located at 620 Sand Hill Road, Palo Alto CA 94304.

Role Overview:

As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for:

• Operating standard housekeeping equipment
• Performing routine carpet and hard-surface floor restoration and maintenance in the common areas of the community
• Conducting minor repairs as needed and ensuring cleanliness in all community common areas

Please Note: This role requires applicants to have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work within a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment.

Additional qualifications include:

• Proficient in operating and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Understanding of floor care procedures
• Knowledge of chemical solutions and proper dilution ratios

Pay Range: USD $21.26 - USD $25.10 /Hr.
