Position Overview

The Property Manager oversees daily operations, including resident satisfaction, lease management, P&L, and marketing, ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, resident lifecycle, finances, and marketing.
• Ensure client satisfaction and customer service excellence.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Lead and develop team members.
• Execute marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Respond to resident issues and enforce policies.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.
• Plan for emergencies and safety.
• Manage safety records, claims, and risk initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-3 years in property management, 1-2 years in management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle; real estate license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Yardi Voyager preferred.

Skills

• Strong organization and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
