I'm working with a cutting-edge electric aircraft company that's leading the charge in the personal air mobility space. With their next-gen eVTOL platform heading toward production, they're looking for a Flight Test Engineer to help validate performance, safety, and handling qualities of one of the most exciting aircraft on the market.

You'll work hands-on with engineering, ops, and certification teams to plan and execute test flights, troubleshoot systems, and drive technical insight back into the design loop. This is a key role for someone passionate about flying, testing, and shaping the future of aviation.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of flight test experience
• Strong understanding of experimental aircraft testing & data analysis
• Engineering degree (Aero, Mech, or similar)
• Comfortable owning test plans, procedures & documentation
• Bonus if you've worked on novel aircraft, electric propulsion, or certification efforts
