JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for operating and managing a Flexo Press to produce quality print products for our clients. Nights 12 hour shift - 5PM-5AM on a 2,2,3 rotation!Growing Organization! Benefits after 60 days! Responsibilities and Activities:

• Operates and maintains equipment.
• Removes finished rolls off equipment and put them in boxes or stacks on pallets.
• Makes boxes, tape ends of rolls when the roll diameter is reached.
• Meets and exceeds production standards and maintains customer quality requirements.
• Communicates job status and production concerns/issues during shift change.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Adheres to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshoots problems with minimum delay time.
• Communicates with Press Operator on any problems developing and corrective action.
• Works when equipment is down to maintain production requirements.
• Continues learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production.
• Facilitates teamwork among team members and between shifts.
• Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
