Job Title: FlexHome Caregiver – Living Communities

Location: In-facility care at our Living Communities locations in Little River, Carolina Forest, Surfside, and Murrells Inlet, SC

Pay Rate: $15.50 – $17.00/hour (Based on experience and availability)

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available: mornings, evenings, overnights

• Weekday and weekend opportunities

• Up to 40 hours per week

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support

• Help with meal preparation and feeding

• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment

• Monitor residents' health and report changes to the care team

• Administer medications as needed

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC)

• Valid ID and reliable transportation

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate spirit

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

• Must be comfortable around pets
