* Work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

* Pick up product from the line and package into appropriate container.

* Perform inspection duties required for production of all products.

* Case and pack all products manufactured.

* Rework any product that does not meet quality specifications.

* Inspect and record information for proper code identification.

* Assist in the training of employees.

* Maintain required production records.

* Keep work area clean and orderly.

* Follow Quality Control standards, safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices.

* May be required to work all lines.

* Perform other duties as required by supervision.

* Perform sanitation duties as needed (change-overs, master sanitation schedule).

* Note: May be required to:

* Forfeit current back-up position(s).

* Assist with packaging needs. Work other lines.

* Become a trained back-up to other operator positions.

* Must train/perform as new employee trainer/line mentor.

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

* Experience Required: None
