The Flex Associate Producer - Salesperson Video role supports video shoots for Nordstrom.com, aiming to enhance the online customer experience by connecting customers with our people, stores, and fashion expertise. The role requires strong communication and organization skills, with flexibility for varying hours based on workload.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up video shoots, including fixtures, laptops, and products
• Prepare talent on product and workflow, ensuring adherence to schedules
• Assist with product prep and wrap-up activities
• Coach talent to create engaging content
• Accurately track data and communicate with teams
• Provide feedback to talent and communicate on-set progress
• Coordinate with store teams and provide feedback to regional leaders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented team player committed to customer service
• 1-3 years retail, eCommerce, or video production experience
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with deadlines
• Experience managing video shoots from start to finish
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Styling experience is preferred
