It's a challenging goal, but we have a winning team that is looking to grow.As the Fleet Program Manager, you will lead the oversight and management of C Spire's corporate vehicle fleet. This includes vehicle procurement, disposal, vendor relations, compliance with DOT, MVR, and CDL programs, and supporting internal stakeholders across departments. You will play a critical role in driving cost efficiency, operational transparency, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will DoIn all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Manage and facilitate vehicle procurement activities, including after-market accessories.
• Oversee development and distribution of vehicle performance and usage metrics.
• Coordinate disposal of vehicles at end-of-life.
• Manage relationships with the Fleet Management Provider, vendors, and end users.
• Utilize fleet reporting systems to provide support to Internal Audit, Loss Prevention, and Safety.
• Manage relationship with Rental Car Provider.
• Facilitate and manage compliance with DOT, CDL, and MVR programs.
• Interface with departments and leadership across the organization on fleet-related matters.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for vehicle insurance renewal processes.
• Implement cost-saving and cost-avoidance strategies to optimize fleet spend.
• Leverage Oracle or similar platforms for purchase order and invoice processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Corporate Purchasing.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience in Commodity Management, fleet management, or CDL/MVR/DOT program management.
• At least seven years of progressive, relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
• Experience with Oracle systems.

Physical Requirements And Working ConditionsSome travel required. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Must be able to lift 15lbs, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity. Ability to work after hours or on weekends as needed.
