We provide best in-class IT solutions, project management, and service and support to improve our clients' productivityand lower their costs.POSITION PROFILEAs part of our commitment to efficiency, safety, and cost-effective operations, we are seeking a highly organized and strategic Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our vehicle fleet. In this critical role, you will manage the full lifecycle of our fleet—from vehicle acquisition and maintenance to driver compliance and operational performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy finding smart ways to improve logistics and fleet utilization, we want to hear from you.Key Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesFleet Planning & Management

• Develop and manage the fleet budget, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel expenses
• Create and implement policies on vehicle usage, assignment, and accident reporting
• Determine optimal methods for vehicle acquisition and disposal based on operational needs and costs
• Oversee vehicle signage and branding needs
• Analyze and report on fleet performance, fuel efficiency, and driver behavior

Vehicle Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure regular vehicle maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Establish and oversee a preventive maintenance program
• Utilize fleet management tools to track fuel consumption and optimize route planning
• Coordinate vehicle rentals as needed

Administrative & Vendor Management

• Maintain detailed records of vehicle ownership, maintenance, and repairs
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts with fleet service providers
• Oversee mileage reimbursement programs and manage vendor partnerships related to mileage tracking

Driver Oversight & Compliance

• Ensure drivers meet regulatory and company driving standards
• Monitor and address driver performance, safety, and compliance
• Conduct safety training, regular inspections, and maintain regulatory compliance, including FMCSA and DOT regulations when applicable

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSRequired

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience managing a vehicle fleet
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of fleet regulations, driver compliance, and industry best practices
