Fleet Licensing Engineer (Nuclear Technologist) - Vistra : Job Details

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Licensing to provide regulatory services and support necessary for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Vistra Nuclear Fleet (Beaver Valley, Comanche Peak, Davis-Besse, and Perry). This position supports interface of Vistra with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and other regulatory agencies to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits , to resolve regulatory issues, and to submit required reports. Job Description. Key Accountabilities:Represents Vistra Corp with the NRC and other regulatory agencies on matters for assigned area of responsibilities pertaining to Vistra Nuclear Fleet including the licensing bases, license amendments, relief requests, burden reduction and improvements, and station positions on regulatory positions while enhancing Vistra's regulatory reputation.
