Now Hiring: Auto Auction National Remarketing Manager at America's Auto Auction – Boston

What You Will Do:
• Report directly to the General Manager
• Work with national and local institutional accounts to remarket their vehicles
• Review and understand all account contracts and make sure they are followed (compliance, pricing, timelines, etc.)
• Negotiate service agreements with institutional accounts and vendors
• Oversee staff working in your department (mechanics, lot, accounting, transportation, qualifying, etc.)
• Work directly with America's Auto Auction Group national sales team
• Meet with current and potential new accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of auction management experience or bank/lease vehicle remarketing experience
• Detail oriented
• Strong understanding of overall auction operations
• Preferred experience in auction management systems and/or AutoIMS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Skills to interpret data, contracts, scorecards for making informed decisions
• Valid driver's license
