Stepp's Towing & Heavy Transport is looking for Fleet Diesel Mechanics (Preventive Maintenance Techs to full-fledged fleet Diesel Mechanics) to add to our team. • Perform maintenance, run diagnostics, and repair diesel vehicles.
\n
• Checking malfunctions on engines, transmissions, clutches, suspension, steering, and more.
\n
• Inspect heavy trucks, buses, and other equipment to ensure they can operate safely
\n
• Document issues and the steps taken to correct them.
\n
• In charge of routine maintenance, such as aligning wheels and changing the oil.
\n
• Test drive vehicles to ensure they are running properly.
\n

\nQualifications:

\n
• Must have prior Fleet Diesel Mechanical experience.
\n
• Must be able to pass a background check /drug test.
\n

\nSchedule:

• Monday-Friday (7 am - 5 pm)

\nPay:

• $25 - $35/hour
