Taylor's Construction is looking to hire a Flagger who provides safe traffic control for construction and utility projects by directing motorists and ensuring the safety of both workers and the public. This role is critical to maintaining order and protecting work zones.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of certified flagger training course
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to safety and surroundings
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
