• Bachelor's Degree
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically Equities, Options, and Fixed Income
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with focus on innovation and flexibility
• Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills with stakeholders, peers, and all levels of management
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think and act like an owner; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA a plus
