The Fixed Income CMBS Research Analyst will be part of the global research team at MFS, focusing on developing investment recommendations within securitized products for fixed income portfolios.

• Conduct independent research to develop investment recommendations for fixed income portfolios.
• Utilize research sources such as company literature, third-party systems, and internal models to structure and communicate investment recommendations.
• Maintain and develop analytic models related to creditworthiness and bond valuations.
• Act as the in-house expert for designated areas of concentration.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an investor in the securitized market.
• Experience in underwriting commercial real estate properties.
• Proficiency in Excel, Intex, and Bloomberg.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and/or CFA charterholder preferred.
