Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Fixed Income Analyst to join our client, a Fortune 100 Bank out of Midtown Manhattan.

This person will be part of a diverse, global team whose core responsibilities revolve around analyzing potential opportunities across the residential real estate business. In the role, you'll play a critical part in handling essential data and providing necessary reports relating to the securitization of residential mortgages.

Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze and report on various data related to mortgages, residential loans, & securitizations
• Normalize data including analyzing, scrubbing, implementing calculations, generating reports, perform validations and quality control tests
• Prepare and report on data used in models
• Manage risk and track KPIs to drive opportunities and centralize workflow
• Work closely with traders, finance, capital markets, and advisory businesses

Qualifications :

• 0-2 years of quantitative, data analyst, or financial services experience with securitized products/fixed income
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with mortgage terms
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team that spans countries and across organizational boundaries

Salary :

• $90,000 - $100,000
