Senior Fixed Asset Accountant - Up to $95k + bonus

National leader is looking to hire a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant. The role is mostly remote, requiring only 1 day a week in office! This company is stable and growing, with a large emphasis on career development. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of fixed assets accounting experience, ideally using Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and transfers
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis
• Ensure capital expenditures are properly classified and in compliance with internal policies and GAAP
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to track project costs and ensure timely asset capitalization
• Prepare fixed asset reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• Support audits by providing required documentation and analysis
• Drive process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives
• Assist with fixed asset integration during acquisitions and business combinations
• Remain current with fixed asset accounting best practices and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of fixed asset accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems required; Oracle Cloud preferred
• CPA preferred
