In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems, procedures, and standards for product and initiative delivery for First Aid Beauty. You will have direct governance and accountability for managing Contract Manufacturer Quality Assurance/Quality Control and product release per brand requirements. You will serve as the single point of contact for external and internal audits. You will be an integral part of the technical community ensuring all OTC drug and/or cosmetic requirements are satisfied throughout the product lifecycle, from design to end-of-life. First Aid Beauty operates as a Non-Integrated Brand with its own governance approach.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals (Rx or OTC) and/or cosmetics.
• Experience working in a Contract Manufacturing environment, either on the CM side or the customer side.
• Proficient in oral and written communication, with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Process Qualification/Verification, Material Compliance, Cleaning & Sanitization, Investigations, Product Release.
• Strong analytical skills for early issue identification and developing multi-functional solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Ability to think creatively and adapt solutions according to industry standards.
