Our team remains laser-focused on one goal - making the world a safer place.Job Summary: The Fire Sprinkler Technical Adminprimarily focuses on quoting repairs for fire sprinkler systemsidentified during inspections and service calls. The role also includes supporting administrative functions such as tracking ordered materials, maintaining current records of tools and equipment, and occasionally assisting with processing, packaging, and shipping materials. Candidates will gain a working understanding of NFPA 25 and local fire codes while collaborating closely with our field technicians.Key Responsibilities:
- Review inspection reports and service findings to generate accurate repair quotes for customers
- Communicate repair details and pricing to customers and follow up as needed
- Learn the fundamentals of fire sprinkler systems and applicable NFPA/local codes
- Track materials ordered for repairs and update equipment/tool inventory records
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the sprinkler department's daily operations
- Occasionally process, package, and ship materials as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma/ GED, required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, required
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry), required
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal, required
- Experience quoting repairs or in a customer service/sales support role
- Familiarity with NFPA 25 or fire sprinkler systems
- Previous administrative experience in fire protection, construction, or a related field
