Job Details*** MUST have relevant, recent Low Voltage FIRE ALARM Industry work experience to be considered ***The Project Manager s focus is a balance of solid project execution with a positive customer and internal team experience, while meeting project financial targets and deadlines. Successfully leading teams and motivating without authority is an expectation and required for successful project results. This position reports to the Operations Manager. Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of project management and fire life safety construction experience
  • NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a big Plus
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathetic attitude towards frustrated customers and coworkers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in ERP software to track financials and run reports as needed to manage to KPIs
  • Proven abilities to work with Office 365 suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and OneNote
  • Self-motivated and strong desire to succeed with your team and within the company
  • Must be able to travel for occasional off-site meetings and events
  • Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record
