About the Role
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the office each week. Candidates must be flexible to work late hours and weekends during tax season (January–April).
You'll support Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates with year-end tax reporting, IRS filings, and account reconciliations. This role involves a mix of tax knowledge, customer service,
and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisors through phone calls and case management tickets related to tax operations.
- Help review year-end processing, mass corrections, IRS files, and reclassifications.
- Process daily reconciliations and review ad hoc break reports.
- Assist in creating and reviewing audit documentation.
- Apply knowledge of IRS Chapter 3 & 4, NRA, and FATCA regulations.
- Ensure proper withholding and reporting for different client account types.
- Use Excel and other internal systems to manage tax reporting and documentation.

- Strong tax knowledge, especially around 1099s and 1042-S forms.
