Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites regularly to build relationships with key personnel and understand their challenges, proposing solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage this knowledge in proposals and project management.
• Proactively make proposals and secure orders from clients.
• Lead consulting activities and manage project teams.
• Develop project plans considering profitability and feasibility.
• Review team deliverables and ensure quality standards.
• Influence and persuade client management and project teams.
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in consulting within the financial services sector.
• Knowledge in areas such as Core Banking, Loan/Guarantee/Fund finance, DX/Analytics, Credit Rating, Transaction Banking, Payment systems, Market Trading, Risk Management, AML/KYC, or Regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or IT.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. Work Authorization and willingness to travel are required.
