As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive program that equips you with the skills necessary for selling Individual Insurance products and developing a sustainable financial practice.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Earnings potential ranging from $36,000 to $75,000 in your first year, along with uncapped incentives upon completion of training.
  • A $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee period and promotion to Financial Representative.
  • An education-based Accelerator Program that transitions you to an independent Financial Advisor role.
  • A 401(k) plan featuring a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll participate in a thorough training program to develop the necessary skills to provide comprehensive financial advice to clients.
  • Gain direct sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products and passing a sales process competency test.
  • Develop essential prospecting skills through networking, communication, and attendance at community events.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features.
  • Oversee completion of client proposals and documentation, ensuring a smooth application and underwriting process.

What We're Looking For:

  • Motivation to meet all trainee program requirements and gain the skills to excel.
  • A willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain securities licensing within 24 months.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time; must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • An appreciation for diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and actively listening to others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
