Responsibilities:
- You'll participate in a thorough training program to develop the necessary skills to provide comprehensive financial advice to clients.
- Gain direct sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products and passing a sales process competency test.
- Develop essential prospecting skills through networking, communication, and attendance at community events.
- Achieve a deep understanding of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features.
- Oversee completion of client proposals and documentation, ensuring a smooth application and underwriting process.
What We're Looking For:
- Motivation to meet all trainee program requirements and gain the skills to excel.
- A willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain securities licensing within 24 months.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time; must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.
- An appreciation for diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and actively listening to others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
