Financial Reporting Associate - Hills Bank : Job Details

\n. The Financial Reporting Associate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of internal and external financial reporting as well as assisting with the financial accounting for Hills Bancorporation and Hills Bank and Trust Company.\n. ACCOUNTABILITIES:\n. Financial Reporting \n\n. Assist with preparation of internal management and board level financial reporting monthly, or as needed.\n. Assist with preparation of management and regulatory reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) including:\n\n 10-K (annually)\n 10-Q (quarterly for first three quarters of year)\n 8-K (as needed)\n. Proxy Statement (annually)\n. Specific Call Report schedules (quarterly)\n\n\n. Assist with preparation of Shareholder Mailings, including quarterly reports and annual reports.\n\n \n. Financial Accounting Duties \n. Ensures that the Bank's financial records are maintained in compliance with Bank policies, US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
