As a Financial Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in helping customers feel empowered, make informed decisions, and secure their financial futures. You'll assist with a variety of needs, from answering inquiries about their 401k account balances to processing withdrawals and providing valuable educational resources. No finance background is required to excel in this role.

Here's What You Can Expect:

  • Join a supportive training program for your first 14 weeks, where you'll start with basic customer inquiries and advance to more complex discussions related to our clients' 401k plans.
  • Continue to enhance your skills by handling customer calls while participating in team activities, well-being support sessions, and career coaching opportunities.
  • Receive recognition and celebrate your achievements as you progress through the program.
  • This is a full-time hourly position with opportunities for overtime based on business needs and your availability.

Shifts and Hours: Monday through Friday. Training hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, and following training, you will need to be available for an 8-hour shift between 10 am and midnight EST.

Please note, positions are based in our office, located at Fidelity's site, and the role follows a hybrid working model, which may require in-office work every other week.
