Growing manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Controller to be a leader of the accounting team and right hand of the owner!

About the Role

The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team and oversee daily operations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
