Corporate Controller

Our client is looking for a Finance Leader with Controller experience to oversee the day-to-day finance operations and provide data-driven analyses and insights. You ll oversee all critical finance tasks - including the financial transactions, month end close and monthly financial reporting package.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and directs the operations of the accounting department, including organizational design, its structure, to meet the departments goals and objectives.
• Oversees the daily, monthly, and annual transaction processing and posting.
• Oversee the financial logging of all activities for the company.
• Assure all actions are in accordance with GAAP
• Daily management and financial forecasting
• Responsible for the system of controls in recording of all reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting
• Provide expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, planning & forecasting
• Oversees accounts receivable and collection activities
• Maintain effective internal control system and liaise with external and internal auditors
• Coordinates the preparation of the reporting of the budget against the financial reporting or other KPI s.
• Coordinates with outside CPA the preparation of the corporate annual reports and tax filings.
• Issues timely and complete financial statements and supporting documentation to leadership.
• Assist in development of annual forecast and budgets

Salary Range: Annual: $125,000-150,000 + Bonus
