Broad Knowledge of School Nutrition Program Regulation, Public Accounting, and School Nutrition Procurement preparation of annual budget and monthly updates and modifications frequent examination of financials and monthly bank reconciliation payroll auditing payment of invoices other than food revisit of 3-5 year plan for equipment and preparation and follow through on equipment and services bids, quotes, and small purchases preparing bids, quotes, and small purchases documents to comply with current regulation ongoing monitoring of financial and procurement practices in preparation for USDA audits preparation for and participation in local, state, and federal program audits consultations for continuing Community Eligibility Program participation strategic planning with other team members Additional Requirements: At least five years of high level experience working in a School Nutrition environment and a minimum of a 4 year degree from an accredited university. Certified Public Accountant or extensive experience in accounting Contract: 120 daysSalary: To be determined based on experience and level of education
