Pay Information: $38-$41 per hour

Location: Princeton, NJ (Onsite)

Role Overview

As a key contributor, you will support the Division FP&A HQ team in providing strategic financial insights. You will prepare financial analysis and reports, assisting management in decision-making and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company operating policies. Additionally, you'll help maintain an efficient planning process across the division, develop tools for corporate scheduling, and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Day in the Life

• Prepare and deliver financial analyses and reports that meet presentation requirements.
• Maintain and coordinate planning processes with key dates and deliverables.
• Develop tools to streamline financial planning and reporting needs.
• Support S&OP process with monthly performance metrics.
• Partner with marketing for budget and forecast creation.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong Excel skills; demonstrates initiative and analytical thinking.
• Ability to provide data analysis to support decision-making.
