Financial Analyst - Schwan's Company : Job Details

Support complex financial analysis projects and reporting in collaboration with management. Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze management reports related to cost, production, spend, and performance metrics. Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plans. Ensure accuracy and compliance in journal entries, cost classifications, and accounting practices. Partner with plant teams to support accurate inventory and cost accounting processes. Review plant financial policies and statements for adherence to corporate guidelines. Provide data and schedules for internal stakeholders and external audits as needed. Perform additional accounting duties across fixed assets, A/ R, A/ P, and other key functions.
