The SVG Finance team is growing and we want you to be a part of it! We are currently hiring for a Financial Analyst to be a key part of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. If you are passionate, driven, and looking to grow your career in corporate finance this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities will include data analysis, financial forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that drive SVG's financial outlook. Additionally, you'll work with the variable compensation team; assisting in monthly variable compensation calculations and payout. You will also be able and willing to assist in other ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests directed to the FP&A team.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related degree program OR relevant work or military experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in FP&A or Business Intelligence/Analytics, with exposure to manipulation of large data sets, academic experience included.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required, with proficiency desired.
• Exposure to relational databases required, SQL preferred.
• Understanding of business problem solving.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
