Position Description: Under the supervision of the Chief Growth Officer, the Financial Analyst II - Partnerships will assist in the consolidating and analyzing of financial and operational data to provide insight and recommendations to improve financial performance. The Financial Analyst II creates models, summaries, and reports to provide insight on current operations, strategic ventures and partnerships and risks/opportunities to the company.

Hybrid position: Initial training will require 3 days/week in our corporate office in Melville, NY. The role is then hybrid/remote with approximately 10% time in office for team collaborations, meetings, training and projects.

Essential Functions:

· Collaborates with other Finance team members and staff at Professional to produce accurate and effective analytics

· Develops and maintains market analysis in support of JV Partnerships program.

· Maintains & optimizes financial models including: proformas and ad hoc reporting

· Create & maintains analytic models to give Management better visibility to expenditures, productivity, and JV partner clinic performance.

· Perform & optimize operational metric tracking

· Create analytical models for decision support

· Create, maintain & optimize reporting within multiple BI systems

Requirements

· 3+ years of finance or accounting experience is required

· Strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required

· Strong analytical & data gathering skills

· Ability to learn new technologies including budgeting software, business intelligence tool, etc.

· Familiarity with data query/data management tools is preferred (Access, SQL, Business Objects)

· Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
