Financial Analyst II - Thermo Fisher Scientific : Job Details

Forecast, track and initiate payment of customer incentives. Book month-end customer incentive accruals. Provide Business Reviews to Commercial Directors for review with customers. Monthly variance analysis of actual customer performance versus expectations. Perform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required by finance and business leadership. Work with appropriate internal departments to accurately implement new contracts. Prepare several different types of standard reports to support our customers and Sales Team. Problem solve multi-system variances for accuracy. Collaborate with other members of the team to share knowledge and help teammates where needed. Ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of financial data. Ad-hoc reporting and other related duties, as assigned. How will you get here? Minimum Education and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Finance or related fields and equivalent experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
