Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Full-Time; In Office Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

MedElite is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be based at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters and will play a key part in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decisions, and contributing to reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, with strong financial modeling skills and prior exposure to M&A activities.

• Assist in preparing and delivering financial reports and presentations to executive leadership and cross-functional departments to support informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for business planning, forecasting, and investment analysis
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
• Analyze monthly financial results and performance trends; communicate key insights and variances to leadership
• Support M&A activities through financial modeling, due diligence, and integration analysis
• Develop management reports and dashboards to monitor financial KPIs and operational efficiency
• Partner with accounting, operations, and executive leadership to support data-driven decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and forecasting efficiency
• Assist with board and investor presentations as needed

• 2 - 4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Prior exposure to mergers & acquisitions or investment banking is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
• Experience working with large datasets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
