Financial Analysis Manager - Ecolab : Job Details

Serve as primary operating partner to the Controller, understanding and driving key elements of the business to achieve financial goals. Responsible for driving key initiatives in the business including pricing, margin improvement projects and process simplification. Provide financial support in the areas of monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting. Serve as primary business partner to Corporate Accounts leadership team. Provide leadership to the Corporate Accounts Finance team which is responsible for preparing P&Ls and financial analysis for new business proposals as well as ensuring customer proposals are meeting the sales and profitability targets and expectations set forth by Division. Management and professional development of associates on the team. Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to internal and external customers as needed.
