Our client, an offshore wind subcontractor, is seeking a junior-level Administrative & Finance Coordinator to join their team in North Kingstown, RI. This is a W2 contract position and applicants must live locally and be able to commute into the office daily.
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Manage invoices (issuance, booking, tracking of payments).
- Support admin follow-ups: vendors, compliance, filing.
- Handle travel bookings (hotels, cars, flights).
- Prepare Ad-hoc reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping principles.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in an administrative or junior accounting role is an advantage.
