About the Role

The company is looking for an experienced Finance Vice President to join our mission-driven team. This is a pivotal role that influences the strategic direction of our operations, focusing primarily on budgeting and forecasting processes. We need a visionary leader able to define and implement effective frameworks for financial decision-making, cultivate strong partnerships with business leaders, and effectively communicate financial insights to drive our growth agenda.

The Finance Vice President will take charge of all financial models, expense management, and performance measurement reporting. We prefer candidates with at least 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, especially with a background in start-ups. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while an MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, a proven track record of managing successful initiatives, and a holistic understanding of business operations. Experience in healthcare or within a growth-stage, venture-funded company is a plus, coupled with a strong interest in health, wellness, and the evolving landscape of healthcare.

The role calls for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a partnership-oriented approach, and strong executive presence, making it essential to collaborate effectively with C-level and senior executives.
