Finance Manager - Operations FP&A - polaris : Job Details

Lead the monthly financial consolidation process across ORV Operations. Manage capital planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. Own planning and variance analysis for manufacturing variance accounts. Partner with senior operational leaders on departmental expense planning. Oversee inventory analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational goals. Lead and coordinate the month-end close, forecasting, long-range planning (LRP), and budgeting processes in close collaboration with the operations network to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives. Partner with plant and operations leadership to drive financial insights and performance improvements. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop one direct report. Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
