Finance Manager - Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC : Job Details

Lead financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic growth initiatives and long-term decisions. Collaborate closely with finance leadership, business unit leaders, and manufacturing facilities to align financial strategy with business objectives. Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance. Conduct detailed profitability and cost analyses to identify key drivers. Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process ensuring data-driven, realistic plans. Translate complex financial data into clear insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities with accurate inputs and analysis. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial and business processes.
