FINANCE MANAGER ABOUT YOU: Are you a finance leader who thrives on driving strategic decision-making and process improvement? Jostens is looking for a Finance Manager to support our Scholastic Business Unit, overseeing financial planning, sales commission accounting, and strategic initiatives. In this role, youll not only analyze key financial metrics but also lead and develop a high-performing team of 2-3 direct reportsmaking a direct impact on our business growth and efficiency. YOU HAVE:Education & Experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 6-8 years of related experience. Advanced Credentials. MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus. Accounting & Compliance Knowledge. Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and accounting best practices. Technical Expertise. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
