Support and lead the annual financial (budget) and strategic plan process ? Partner with cross-functional operating partners to provide insights that drive the growth of the business ? Manage the development of reporting and KPIs for the business ? Create and present visually engaging and intuitive financial reports and presentations tailored to communicate key insights to cross-functional and executive audiences ? Leverage technology to drive efficiencies in finance processes Qualifications: ? Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance ? 5-7 years Financial Analysis; Retail industry experience a plus ?
