The Finance Director will oversee finance for the Global Wheat Milling business, which includes ~40 facilities across the US, Canada, Caribbean and UK. This position will provide leadership and support within the group to meet financial performance and projects/investment targets. This role will lead the development and reporting of key goals related to financial performance, with strong linkages back to the business unit performances, so that all relevant metrics are aligned. This role will lead and supervise internal or external resources in this area of responsibility, and ensure we have a strong focus on results and develop processes to translate and clearly support business growth objectives. He/she will play a key role in mergers and acquisitions as well as in key partnerships and related financial projects/investments to ensure these are properly reviewed and contributing to the growth of this business in alignment with ADMs objectives and financial control policies.
