Finance Clerk - Full Time - Penn National Gaming - Penn Entertainment : Job Details

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for the Boomtown Casino Biloxi and Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast properties: Responsible for maintaining knowledge and enforcing all gaming laws and regulations. Reviews and compiles all paperwork produced by Player Services and all revenue producing outlets. Gathers all information used in tracking cash-in and cash-out transactions; prepares CT - Rs. Generates detailed and summarized reports for each revenue category. Monitors compliance of policies and procedures. Reports any irregularities or exceptions to Finance Manager. Creates daily postings to update General Ledger for financial reporting. Opens and sorts mail. Codes non-po invoices and indicates Requester . Enters urgent check requests that are of high priority. Enters ABC direct debits and applies against PO's. Assists with pending receipts as needed. Reviews vendor statements as needed. Scans and sends invoices to the appropriate email address for SS AP.
